The TinkaMaker is a feature in Tinkatolli, which can be accessed via Tinkertown. It is inside a building, like the workshops.
Once you get in, the Tinka making menus drop down, like in the tinkafair, and you can start making your tinka.
When you are done, you can submit it to the gallery.
